For the first time ever, we\u2019re taking our local chapter meetings online! Here are some tips that we\u2019ve compiled with the help of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/laurennygard\/\">Lauren Nygard<\/a>, who leads our Military Chapter, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/kitgrayillustration\/\">Kit Gray<\/a>, who leads our Creative and Chronically Ill Chapter.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Do you have a Facebook group for your business? Use it to help fellow creatives feel connected and supported.\u00a0\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Come up with discussion questions to create text-based discussion\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Try using the social learnings tab to create a space to engage outside the main feed and keep topics of interest organized<\/li>\r\n<li>Schedule social video chats<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Video Chat Hosting Services<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We recommend using a video platform that allows for LIVE CLOSED CAPTIONING (CC) so participants can use it if they need to! Try one of the following free services for video chats:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/\">Zoom<\/a> (free account)\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Has live closed captioning (CC) capabilities that you <em>must turn on<\/em> in your account settings.
