Being a part of a community, whether it\u2019s local or online, offers support when it comes to accountability, connection, collaboration and sharing resources. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are four reasons to embrace community as a creative entrepreneur: <\/span> <b><\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Community Creates Accountability<\/h2>\n<p><b><\/b><b><\/b><b> <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every Monday in my membership community, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/joi-knows-how.com\/collective\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Multi-Passionate Mastery Collective<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, members share one business goal they&#8217;re working on for the week, one personal goal and a mantra they\u2019ll be using to keep them inspired and on track. The practice of sharing these goals within a community format offers inherent accountability as it no longer lives inside of a closed planner or neglected Asana board. When you\u2019re being witnessed and held accountable for your goals, you are more likely to accomplish them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don\u2019t belong to a community at this time, follow these steps to maintain accountability:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Start a group message with a few friends to share your goals at the beginning of the week.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ask your friends to hold you accountable for your goals and do the same for them.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the end of the week, circle back with your friends and see how it went.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are a member of a digital community or membership, make it a point to engage.
