I beg to differ and here is why\u2026<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><strong><span class=\"tx\">Beyond a memorable logo, good branding<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;and knowing yourself<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;is necessary, as branding<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;is&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">about bringing out the personality and style in your busi<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tx\"><strong>ness with flair and intention<\/strong>. It\u2019s about&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">emphasizing your best assets and creating a cohesive and compelling look. It\u2019s about telling a&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">story, evoking the senses and captivating your dream clients. It\u2019s about aligning your style and&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">identity with your bus<\/span><span class=\"tx\">iness aspirations and helping you get to where you want to be, faster.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><span class=\"tx\">Branding is an inspirational process for entrepreneurs&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&#8211;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;begin with defining your intention.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">Intention will make the difference between a superficially pretty brand identity and one th<\/span><span class=\"tx\">at has&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">traction. One that captures the essence of your business and wins your work.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><span class=\"tx\">It costs nothing, other than your time, to sit down and really consider how you want your&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">business to be perceived and appreciated by others and your community.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<em><span class=\"tx f33\">It\u2019s important that your brand does the&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx f33\">work for you in your business!!!<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><span class=\"tx\">In order for your brand to work for you&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">\u2013<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;it\u2019s necessary to&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">examine your business model, all the&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">corners and areas of your business and gain a strong understanding of what really mak<\/span><span class=\"tx\">es your&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">company unique. Such as looking at<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;your strengths, space in the market, your dream clients,&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">mission, etc. Otherwise, there could be holes, gaps, disconnects, and miss communication within&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">your brand and business.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><span class=\"tx\">Also, think about YOU\u2026what do you&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">bring to the table and how much of yourself should you&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">put into your business.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"tb f27\"><span class=\"tx\">Let\u2019s take a&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">look at some<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;really<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;important questions to consider when developing a brand AND&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">help you realize your full potential to step up to your brand significantly.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><strong><span class=\"tx f24\">1.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx f24\">What<\/span><span class=\"tx f24\">&nbsp;motivated you to start or restyle your brand?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"tx\">Why are you doing this? Do you want to be taken more seriously in the market or&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">establish yourself as an expert? Are you launching a new business, product or service?&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">Whatever your motivations, be clear from t<\/span><span class=\"tx\">he onset.<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><strong><span class=\"tx f24\">2.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx f24\">What is the overall mission of the project or company?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"tx\">What is the main objective, mission or value of the company? What is the main direction&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">of your work, who you are serving, how you are delivering your work, etc. Write 2<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&#8211;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">3&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">sentence missio<\/span><span class=\"tx\">n statement to carry your brand from the beginning.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"crocodoc-page crocodoc-current-page crocodoc-page-visible\" data-width=\"1024\" data-height=\"1325.1764705882354\">\n<div class=\"crocodoc-page-inner\">\n<div class=\"crocodoc-page-content\">\n<div class=\"crocodoc-page-svg\">&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"tx f24\">3.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx f24\">What do you do and specialize in?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"crocodoc-page-svg\"><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">This may seem like an obvious question&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u2013<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">&nbsp;of course you know what you sell. But take a&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">deep breath and use this time to really examine where you are right now and where&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">you&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">want to be with your selling.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"crocodoc-page-autoscale\">\n<div class=\"crocodoc-YBtOvs crocodoc-page-text\">\n<div class=\"tb f27\">\n<p><span class=\"tx\">Are you selling what inspires you? Are you known for products and services that have&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">you leaping out of bed in the morning? And do they sell? Are there products and services&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">you\u2019d like to drop and others you\u2019d like to ad<\/span><span class=\"tx\">d to your business? This is your chance to&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">gain focus or to reinvent yourself and your business!<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><strong><span class=\"tx f24\">4.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx f24\">What will make you stand head and shoulders above the competition?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"tx\">When you\u2019re in the thick of running a business it can be easy to focus on wrong things.<\/span><span class=\"tx\">Whi<\/span><span class=\"tx\">le it\u2019s important that you understand what\u2019s going on in the market and you listen to&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">feedback, what\u2019s even more important is that you maintain your confidence and belief in&nbsp;<\/span>what you\u2019re doing.<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">\n<p><span class=\"tx\">Your entrepreneurial vision, your style, and your commitment&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">to what you do are the&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">greatest assets your business has: protect and celebrate them.<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;Take a moment or two and&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">focus on the things that you do better than anyone else. Why do they or would they buy from you?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"tx\">Profitable dream clients are the ones who value what you do and are prepared to spend&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">what you want to charge. They are people you need to attract more of. So who are they&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">and what motivates them to work with<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;you? What do they value about what you do?<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><strong><span class=\"tx f24\">6.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx f24\">What do you find most inspirational about your business?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"tx\">The right branding can help you attract more of the clients and work that has you leaping&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">out of bed in the morning&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">\u2013<\/span><span class=\"tx\">&nbsp;and less of the stuff that leaves yo<\/span><span class=\"tx\">u with the unpleasant knot&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">in your stomach. Is there anything that needs to change about the way you present your&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">business so that you can do more of the things that you love and less of those that you<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><span class=\"tx\">don\u2019t? Be specific.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><strong><span class=\"tx f24\">7.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx f24\">What values and key traits drive&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx f24\">your business?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span class=\"tx\">This is quite possibly the most important question anyone in business needs to answer.<\/span><span class=\"tx\">Why do you do what you do? This is about the authenticity and the drive that keeps you&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">going when things get tough?&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">You might find this question very simp<\/span><span class=\"tx\">le to answer. It is&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\">okay for both our personal and business values to often overlap<\/span><span class=\"tx\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\"><strong><span class=\"tx f24\">8.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx f24\">What do you want to be known for?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">&nbsp;<span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">To be truly successful you need to stand out, be distinctive and create a business that\u2019s in&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">a category of just one. Challenge yoursel<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">f to dig deep and be brave. Find a spot in the&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">market that only you can own and use this focus to align all of your communications with&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">this one, compelling proposition. You can\u2019t be all things to all people, so create a&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">proposition so effective that it ha<\/span><span class=\"tx\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">s clients crossing continents to work with you.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"tb f27\">\n<p><strong><span class=\"tx f24\">9.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"tx f24\">Who, exactly, should this new or restyled brand blow away?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"tx\">Be honest with yourself here.
