The CDC recently reported that 1 out of 3 adults don\u2019t get the sleep they need (that\u2019s 7 hours a night if you\u2019re between the ages of 18 and 60, according to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine). Chances are, if you\u2019re just starting up a business or trying to take it to scale it to the next level, you\u2019re sleeping less. However, good sleep should be a top priority for you and your team.<\/p>\n
