Your questionnaire design and its ease of use, however, will dictate how successful it will be in serving its purpose and representing your brand. It only takes three negative experiences with a customer service department for <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn2.hubspot.net\/hubfs\/2771217\/Content\/2018%20Customer%20Service%20Expectations%20Gladly.pdf\">92% of clients<\/a> to find a new company.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sending PDFs to be updated back and forth is a huge no-no\u2014there are a variety of ways to create better experiences. Provide guidance by quantifying (\u201cWhat are the&nbsp;<em>three to five<\/em>\u2026?\u201d) or qualifying (\u201cWhat\u2019s the&nbsp;<em>most<\/em>\u2026?\u201d) questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Send the questionnaire to someone who can answer all the questions.<\/strong> Don\u2019t send it to a contact person who needs to go through several people across multiple departments to answer it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add a clear due date in your communications and the questionnaire itself.<\/strong> It ensures the client&#8217;s time is not wasted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make sure everything in the questionnaire is accessible and readable.<\/strong> Avoid accidentally sending a form that doesn\u2019t grant users access or a draft version instead of a final copy.
