To incentivize this, you may want to explore a referral program or other benefit, such as a discount on their next service.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These two questions can be as simple as a few sentences and provide lasting benefits for your business!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a id=\"feedback\"><\/a>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collect their feedback internally<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If your client provides a testimonial or review, you\u2019ll have some feedback to work with.
